Shipping Coverage

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States of America, including:

  • All 50 states
  • Washington, D.C.
  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands)

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses (unless specifically stated for certain products)
  • International addresses outside the United States

Please note that certain products may have additional shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or legal regulations. We will notify you during checkout if your selected items cannot be shipped to your address.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders shipped within the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements, and no additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.

Premium Shipping Options

While standard shipping is free, we may offer expedited shipping options at checkout for an additional fee. These options may include:

  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days)
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day)

Expedited shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Please note that expedited shipping times apply to shipping time only and do not include order processing time.

Order Processing Time

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Important Notes:

  • Orders placed on Sundays or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to the maximum timeframe
  • You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped

Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 7:00 PM EST will be processed the same business day (if placed Monday-Saturday). Orders placed after 7:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Delays in Processing

In rare cases, processing may be delayed due to:

  • Inventory verification
  • Payment verification issues
  • High order volume during promotional periods
  • Product unavailability

If your order is delayed beyond our standard processing time, we will notify you via email and provide an updated timeline.

Shipping and Delivery Time

Standard Shipping

Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery takes 5-7 business days within the United States.

Total delivery time = Processing time (1-2 business days) + Shipping time (5-7 business days)

Expected Total Delivery: 6-9 business days from order date

Delivery Days

Shipping carriers operate Monday through Saturday. Sunday delivery may be available in select locations but is not guaranteed.

Delivery Location

Packages will be delivered to the shipping address you provide at checkout. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Signature: Most packages do not require a signature upon delivery. However, high-value orders may require a signature for security purposes. The carrier will leave a delivery notice if no one is available to sign.

Shipping Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
  2. Look around your delivery location (porches, garages, side doors)
  3. Wait 24-48 hours as sometimes packages are marked delivered before actual delivery
  4. Contact us at support@slatevi.com if the package does not arrive

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate lost packages. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Please note: Slatevi is not responsible for stolen packages that show a successful delivery confirmation. We recommend shipping to a secure location or requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged package and items
  2. Contact us immediately at support@slatevi.com with your order number and photos
  3. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund

Do not discard the damaged packaging until we have resolved your claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Address

If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. You may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.

If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by you, we cannot be held responsible, but we will work with you to find a resolution.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, shipping times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier delays or capacity issues
  • Customs inspections (for U.S. territories)

U.S. Territories

Shipping to U.S. Territories

We ship to U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands. Please note:

  • Delivery times may be longer than domestic shipping (typically 10-15 business days)
  • Packages may be subject to customs inspection
  • Additional customs duties or taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility

Customs and Duties

For shipments to U.S. territories, you may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in your order total. Slatevi is not responsible for any customs fees or delays.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States and its territories. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand our shipping coverage in the future.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Changing Your Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order:

  • We can only update your address if your order has not yet been shipped
  • Once shipped, address changes must be coordinated with the carrier

Canceling Your Order

To cancel your order before it ships:

  • If your order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund

Multiple Item Orders

If your order contains multiple items:

Backorders and Out of Stock Items

If an item in your order is out of stock or on backorder:

  • The rest of your order will ship as scheduled

Holiday and Peak Season Shipping
